Emergency Managing Process

  • Process 1
    - Local guide contacts the local Emergency Department or Police Department for help.
  • Process 2
    - Local guide reports the incident to the local office. The local office reports to the TDT head office about the incident and a staff will be assigned to help the customer through the whole procedure.
  • Process 3
    - TDT head office reports the incident to the Overseas Travel Agency and helps the client contact the Insurance Company if necessary.
  • Process 4
    - TDT head office will assign a staff member from head office to the city where the incident occurred to help deal with the situation when necessary.
  • Process 5
    - TDT will help the client to book or change their flight back to his/her home country and escort the client to the airport.
  • Process 6
    - TDT will send a written report to the overseas client about the incident, and what was involved immediately upon the client leaving China.
