Ambience & local flavor

A modern lobby atrium up to the 60 foot high skylight roof featured sightseeing elevators and an atrium coffee shop. The outdoor atrium garden integrates the profound philosophy of Chinese garden design featured a traditional style pavilion, artistic rockeries, plant landscaping, artificial waterfall, river, and pool. A relaxing place within the modern hotel.

The hotel boasts 430 recently refurnished and well-appointed rooms, including spacious and clean deluxe suites, executive suites, king size bed rooms, and standard rooms, some with views of the Li River and the hotel atrium garden. All rooms feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, individually-controlled heating and air-conditioning, flat screen LCD TV sets, and personal computer outlets. All Deluxe Rooms and Club Floor rooms feature bathtub with separate shower cubicle. Paid internet at 12 Yuan/hour or 50 Yuan/Day. Some of the suits on level 6 have glass domed roofs, which are highly recommended for couples in honeymoon/anniversary trips. The standard rooms are spaciously sized at average 32 square meters.

The Business Center offers fast Internet connection, postal, and other secretarial facilities. The Shanghai Ballroom on the ground floor comfortably caters to 240 people theatre-style or 150 banquet-style with three adjoining private rooms - Suzhou, Wuxi, and Nanjing. On the second floor, the Beijing, Chengdu, Xian, and Tianjin rooms can also accommodate from 10 to 80 guests. A range of audiovisual equipment is also available.
