Day 1: Arrival / Beijing
Transfer via: Flight, arranged on your own
Upon arrival, be met by your private tour guide with warm smiles and professional service. He or she will take you to your hotel located in downtown, which is about an hour's drive. On the way, your guide will give you a short introduction of Beijing. Check in the hotel and the evening is at your leisure.

Day 2: Beijing
Your first day of China tour will take you to Tiananmen Square, which is one of the world's most famous city squares and extremely significant to modern China. Next, you'll walk through Tiananmen Gate and reach the splendid Forbidden City, once home to 24 ancient Chinese emperors. You can spend time discovering its beautiful pavilions and elegant ornaments and imagine what life the emperors might have lived centuries ago. Afterwards, visit the peaceful Summer Palace and enjoy a short cruise on Kunming Lake.

Day 3: Beijing
Like many locals, start a new day from the Temple of Heaven where you will marvel at the elegance of the architecture itself, as well join the locals to do morning exercises: playing Tai Chi, dancing with swords, singing Peking opera, practicing Chinese calligraphy on the ground with a huge brush and water. Later on, drive about 2 hours to visit the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section, with a cable car up and down). Walking on the venerable ramparts, you will amaze at the unbelievable constructions and the appealing landscape surrounding it.

Day 4: Beijing / Xi'an
Transfer via: High-speed G train, First Class Seat, on TDT arrangement
Before heading to Xi'an by speed train, you will have the chance to experience a hutong rickshaw tour and visit a local family at the hutongs.
Arrive in Xi'an, be met and transferred to the hotel by local tour guide and driver.

Day 5: Xi'an
The Terracotta Warriors make Xi'an famous in the world. Today, you will meet the legendary Terracotta Army. Although have been buried underground over 2,200 years, these soldiers still seem very lively and vivid expressions on their face will tell you different stories of them. Spend around two hours there, and then drive back to the city to visit the ancient City Wall and the Muslim Quarter.

Day 6: Xi'an / Guilin
Fly to Guilin in the morning (about 2 hours). Upon arrival, your tour guide and driver will welcome you at the arrival hall and escort you to visit the Reed Flute Cave before getting to your hotel. In the inartificial cave, you will see lots of stalactites & stalagmites illuminated by colorful lights and learn how they were formed.

Day 7: Guilin / Yangshuo
Transfer via: Boat, on TDT arrangement
After breakfast, you will be taken to Zhujiang Pier (about 50 minutes to the city by drive) to start the Li River Cruise down to Yangshuo. Along the river, you will be immersed in the picturesque scenery formed by towering peaks, bamboo groves and rice paddies. The cruise takes around 3.5 to 4.5 hours and it will be subject to the water level.
After the cruise, our tour guide will accompany you to walk through the busy West Street and then to your hotel. After refreshment for a while, take a countryside tour by private vehicle.Optional night show: Show of Impression Liusanjie, B2 Middle Class Seat, USD58

Day 8: Yangshuo / Guilin / Chongqing / Yangtze River
Transfer via: Flight, Economy Class, on TDT arrangement
After breakfast, be transferred to the airport for your flight to Chongqing. On arrival, your local tour guide will pick you up and before transfer you to the dock to check-in for your Yangtze River cruise, you will enjoy a hot pot dinner in Chongqing.
The ship usually departs Chongqing at 21:00; Embark Century Paragon, departs Chongqing at 21:30.

Disembark Century Paragon at Maoping pier in the morning. In order to catch the morning flight to Shanghai, your guide will pick you up at the pier and then transfer to the airport directly. Upon arrival in Shanghai, you will be met by the guide and transferred to the hotel.

Your discovery in Shanghai includes Yu Garden—the representative of Chinese classic garden, Yuyuan Market - a bustling bazaar in the old town of Shanghai, the well-known Bund and Former French Section, and Shanghai Tower - the tallest building in the China and just second to Dubai Creek Tower. From the top of Shanghai Tower, you will get a great vista shot of the city.
