Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, our partner and us, Tang Dynasty Travel. By cooperating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please carefully read these terms and make sure you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Reservation
1) Upon receiving your enquiry, one of Tang Dynasty Travel sales personnel will start to build a pleasant travel plan according to the special requirements and interests of your clients within one business day.
2) After the receipt of deposit of 30% of the total amount from you, we'll secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately.
3) When the booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter informing you with the proposed flights, hotels, and tours in details. If any conditions should change after the confirmation, Tang Dynasty Travel reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.
4) We recommend that the reservation be made at least 30 days prior to the actual traveling date. A full payment is required 30 days prior to the actual arrival date of your clients.

Payment
We accept two ways of payment: 1) wire (bank) transfer; 2) PayPal.

Cancellations
All payments for travel services not provided to your clients shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with Tang Dynasty Travel's cancellation policy. In this event, we will refund any payment made to Tang Dynasty Travel less any cancellation fee that is applicable within 14days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
30 days or more………………..$50 per person
30 to 15 days…………………... $150 per person
14 to 7 days …………………….50% of the full payment per person
6 to 0 days ………………………100% of the full payment per person
Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to the early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Alteration of Itinerary
Before the booking is confirmed, there will be no problem for us to do any alterations based on your requirements, however, once our confirmation letter is issued, alterations such as: changes to departure date or destination and so on may incur cancellation fees. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Tang Dynasty Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alterations necessary. In this event, any of the increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged/ refunded accordingly. If it is your clients who request the changes, then any additional cost involved should be paid in advance.

Travel Document
A valid passport and necessary visas or permits are required for your clients traveling on our programs. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of yours, Tang Dynasty Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation for your clients.

Single Rooms
If by choice or circumstance a single room is required, then a single room surcharge will apply. Requested and booked single rooms at the increased cost are confirmed in good faith on the basis of the information available at the time. If by some chance whilst on tour, the single room is not available, a refund will be made for any night that the paid single room was not available.

Luggage Allowance
According to the regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg (44pounds) for the economy class, 30kg (66pounds) for the business class, and 40kg (88pounds) for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of your clients'. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

Medical Issues
You must inform us in advance of any physical, emotional or mental condition of your clients which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If a wheelchair is required, your client must provide his or her own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features, and certain trips, are not wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations. Tang Dynasty Travel reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy.
All international travel risks should be taken into account, helping your clients familiarize with health requirements and check the safety and security conditions, vaccination applicable to the areas they intend to visit is the sole responsibility of yours.
Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal in case that the very high altitude have the possible effects on certain people.

Responsibility
The responsibility of Tang Dynasty Travel and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. Tang Dynasty Travel shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers such as those of surface, air, and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise/hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or operated by Tang Dynasty Travel. By utilizing the travel services of the Suppliers, you agree that you will look to such Suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss, and that neither Tang Dynasty Travel nor any representative of Tang Dynasty Travel shall be liable.
Without limitation, Tang Dynasty Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from—but not limited to—acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Tang Dynasty Travel. Nor is Tang Dynasty Travel responsible for the stolen and lost of any valuable items due to clients' own negligence.
Tang Dynasty Travel is not responsible for any failure to comply with customs regulations.
Tang Dynasty Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar quality at any time or to make changes in itinerary of similar quality, flights, or cruise ships, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Tang Dynasty Travel has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Tang Dynasty Travel is liable for a full refund of the money received by Tang Dynasty Travel. If you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure that you know conditions under which the ticket is issued as Tang Dynasty Travel is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.
Tang Dynasty Travel reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the program price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
Please understand that not all museums and attractions are open every day of the year. Tang Dynasty Travel reserves the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to re-route the order of cities if that will enable the visit to all listed excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.
Many of Tang Dynasty Travel tour packages include activities that require care attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. Your clients will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at their own risk. Tang Dynasty Travel, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

Complaints and Claims
Whenever you feel unsatisfied with any service Tang Dynasty Travel has provided, please inform us immediately to avoid similar problems happening again either before or during the trip.
If you want to complain or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days upon the finish of the tour. Please attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim. Tang Dynasty Travel will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the tour has been finished.
